Thank you for shopping with us. We hope you love your order, but if for any reason you’re not completely happy, you’re welcome to return your item for a refund or an exchange. The details of our returns policy are set out below.
Returns
You can return items within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In its original packaging
- Complete with any tags, labels or inserts
How to Return an Item

Contact us first
Email our customer support team at help@reviveabee.com to request a returns authorisation number (RMA). -
Pack your return
Once you’ve received your RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice). Please write your RMA number clearly on or inside the parcel. -
Post your parcel to:

Please note:
- You are responsible for the cost of returning your item.
- We strongly recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit.
Refunds & Exchanges
Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect the item to make sure it meets the conditions set out above. If approved, we will process your refund or exchange.
- Please allow up to fourteen (14) days from the date we receive your return for us to process it.
- Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.
- We’ll send you an email to confirm when your refund or exchange has been processed.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
