Bees are extremely hard workers and just like them we work very hard and take pride in delivering exceptional customer service. We're not here to just sell products - we want to build a community of bee lovers and provide you all with the best experience we can. Whether you've made a purchase as a gift or you've bought it to teach kids the importance of bees, our job is to provide you with all the help and information you need to become a bee guardian. All of this will ultimately aim to contribute towards our mission to save the bees and our goal is to see their numbers increase.
If you're not happy with the service or product/s you've received then we want to know about it. Everything we do is aimed at helping bees and we cannot do that if we're not helping you. We strive to respond to all of messages as soon as possible but some international customers may experience a delay in communication due to time difference.
If for any reason you're unhappy with either the product or service you've received please let us know as soon as possible. In the first instance we would love the opportunity to rectify any problems but on the very rare occasion that we're unable to do this we do have a return and refund policy that lasts 21 days. If 21 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange but please do get in touch with us and we will try to help.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require an order number, a receipt or proof of purchase. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted.
